JUBA, South Sudan — Patriots have been crowned 2025/26 Central Equatoria State Basketball Association champions after defeating Juba Bulls 91–79 in the decisive playoff at the Nimra Talata Basketball Court in Juba on Monday evening.
Patriots secured the championship after winning the playoff series 2–0, having first eliminated Fox BC in the opening playoff before overcoming Juba Bulls in the championship serie

The champions produced a composed display in the decisive game, maintaining control to seal a 12-point victory and complete their title-winning campaign.
The championship success also earns Patriots the right to represent South Sudan in the African Basketball League, giving the club an opportunity to compete on the continental stage.
Patriots will now turn their attention to preparations for their African campaign as they look to carry South Sudanese basketball onto the continental scene.
