JUBA, South Sudan — 19 August 2026: South Sudan Football Association has granted an exemption to players in the Women’s Premier League who were registered during the main transfer window but have yet to complete their International Transfer Certificate process.

The decision was approved during the SSFA Executive Committee’s Extraordinary Meeting No. 003 of 2026.

The affected players will not face disqualification solely because their ITC process remains incomplete, provided they complete the required process during the complementary registration period in December 2026

The resolution is aimed at allowing eligible players to regularise their registration status while maintaining the federation’s transfer and registration requirements.
